Hello, fellow readers! I hope you all had a nice weekend, and I hope that you are all enjoying the last days of summer like I am (oh how I wish it would last forever). This look you see here is what I wore on Thursday to see The Wolverine, which was awesome! I was wearing my irresistible Zara culotte shorts or skort (I still don't know which one it's called), with a simple gray top from Marshalls, which is so comfy and handy for a simple chic look like this, and I decided to use the trend of having a shirt tied around the waist adding some color and edgyness. I was inspired mainly by a look by Sincerely Jules, she has a few awesome outfits with a similar gray T-shirt, one of them paired with a plaid shirt and a white skirt, so I tried my own version of it. These pictures were taken by Texi during the weekend on my parent's house in Rincon where there is the most beautiful view of a sunset. Unfortunately the weather was not as beautiful, still I had some fun taking these as you can see. Enjoy!

When I see lace, especially in a bustier like this one, the first thing that comes to my mind is romance, hence the name for this look. I had finally found the bustier of my dreams at the vintage boutiqueOuna's Closet, and I got it with a 30% discount (wuju!), there were many sale items, but sadly I could only pick one. I was between this bustier and a denim playsuit, but soon I will come back and hopefully find even more beautiful items. I wore this to Shannan's on Wednesday, which was like Texi said "our billionth date". I paired the lovely bustier with my high waisted denim shorts from Seven by Lu, and my new blazer from Forever 21, along with my cobalt sandals from La Defensa, which you also saw in my "Land of the Free" look. Lately I have been obsessed with the color cobalt blue, so expect to see more looks with it, and definitely another look with this bustier. Last Friday was the premiere of Disney Channel's Teen Beach Movie, and inspired by it I decided to wear 60's beach look to Vega Baja on Sunday. The day of the television premiere I had friends over at my house to watch it since I was in it as an extra, and it was so much fun screaming out every time I saw a glimpse of myself in the background (5 seconds of blurred fame is better than nothing). I don't watch the Disney Channel like use to do, but I was glad to see a musical that had a mix of West Side Story, Grease, and even Hairspray. It was also great to remember how much fun it was to be on set with so many cool people and feeling like you traveled back in time wearing all those 60's clothes. What I was wearing to the actual beach was a pair of daisy printed high waisted shorts that I thrifted from my mother's closet when she was my age, with a white crochet crop top from Forever 21, and white sneakers from Aeropostale. I also accessorized with a red pinup girl style headband and my retro round sunglasses. I hope you get a chance to catch the movie, you'll never be to grown up to watch a Disney musical, especially one that relives so many classics like this one. This has definitely been the summer of cinema, since so many amazing movies have come out and the Puerto Rican population has been spending most of it's time watching them. Seems there hasn't been much to do because of the strange weather. This Wednesday, which was lady's night (half off the ticket price for me, yay!) I went with Texi to see The Lone Ranger, the only movie we had not watched. It seems like not many people wanted to watch it because the theater was empty, and thank goodness it was. I obviously took advantage of it (although I did not have my Nikon, the iPhone pictures turned out decent). I hope in a near future I'll be able to make an editorial with a location like this. I love movies so much that, you could say I have an affair with them. What I wore to this magical place was the striped tank and the lace-up boots from Charlotte Russe, high waisted shorts from Forever 21, lime knit sweater from Ann Taylor, and the Miyata bag from Aldo. Texi and I really enjoyed the movie (Johnny Depp is the best!), and I hope you enjoy this look! Stay tuned on all that is Sequin Vision by following me on Instagram, Facebook, and Bloglovin'. If you follow me on Instagram or on Facebook, you've probably seen the preview for this post (so if you haven't go follow now ;) to stay ahead of the game). I wore this on Sunday to watch Pacific Rim, which for me was very good for an action movie. I was wearing a Charlotte Russe spiked sweater, a Forever 21 skirt, and a pair of pink worn out sneakers. I think the Converse trend is coming back, and they add flair to any look. They look especially well paired with a skirt, like I did here, or with a girly dress. Summer is not over yet, so expect to keep seeing my legs on the next posts. Enjoy! On Saturday I had a nice girls night out and this is the look I wore. I definitely felt like bearing my legs not only because it was hot, but also because I wanted to feel my freshly shaved legs gets some air. I don't know if any one else does this, but I use hair conditioner to make them irresistibly soft and I recommend it. I was wearing Charlotte Russe animal print shorts, Forever 21 chambray shirt, Shoedazzle purse, and wedges from Lola. I had an amazing time having sushi, going window shopping (yeah I had to be strong and not buy anything), and watching Despicable Me 2. Don't forget to like my Facebook page to even get some post previews, you can also follow me on Instagram and Bloglovin'. I'm so excited to present this look to you because I finally got a pair of shoes with the chunky clear heel, and they were practically the last pair! Not only that, they also matched perfectly with the clear Zara clutch I had just gotten recently. I wore this look on Wednesday to Shannan's Irish Pub. Since the place is pretty casual I made the look very simple with American Eagle Outfitters jeggings and a white button blouse from Ann Taylor so the clutch and the fabulous heels from Charlotte Russe would pop out. As I mostly do, I wore gold accessories and natural makeup with a pop of orange eye shadow. I'm loving the clear trend and cannot wait to find more pieces that use it. Enjoy this look, and expect to see those shoes and that clutch much more. Here is a look I wore on Monday to run a few errands for the internship. I was wearing Charlotte Ruse kaleidoscopic print shorts and pink blazer with Kirra cut out black top from PacSun, and Sora sandals from Shoedazzle. I also wore the blue mirrored aviators from American Eagle Outfitters again. I love that they make everything look pink or like an awesome sunset. Lately it's been short weather here in Puerto Rico so I could not resist wearing this pair again. Enjoy this look and remember you can stay updated on all that is Sequin Vision by liking the Facebook page and following on Bloglovin'. I also added the Google +1 button so you can share this through that media too. I don't know the exact meaning of the quote on this tee, but for me "dressed to the nines" means dressed almost to perfection, and I also think it sounds even better in French. The tee is from Zara, and I got it with the awesome sale they were having along with the orange transparent clutch. The jeans, which you might have seen before are from fabulous K-mart, they are my go-to jeans when I'm trying the boyfriend look. Another important part of this look that I was crazy to show off, is the pair of colorful pumps fromShoedazzle, which I just had to have not only because of the amazing print on them, but also because they are named after...guess who...Frida! I wore this yesterday to The Office, where I was able to finally relax after the war zone I had to go through driving to Texi's house. I love a lot of things of my little island, but the bad driving of these crazy people is outweighing them. I sadly did not get the internship in Washington, D.C. (politics you know how it is) and its been bothering me so much, so it made me sad to be almost harassed by a crazy person driving behind me that thought I cut her off because it made me realize I'm going to have to endure that kind of craziness for a long time. At least I still have about a month of summer left, hopefully that will help me get through this. Here I am rambling, enjoy the look, I hope it inspires you! Here I go again with the mirrored aviators, and I also could not resist wearing the Zara shorts again, only this time I did it in a sporty way thanks to my Taraka sneakers from Aldo. I was also wearing a very cool Clas-sic tiger tee that I got at last year's Shopaholic bazaar. To finish off the look I could not wear the sneakers without the matching Miyata bag, also from Aldo. I wore this to Plaza las Américas, where Texi and I spent almost the whole day, and did not buy a thing ( I still can't believe it). Thank goodness I was wearing those sneakers because we walked for a long time and finally we were able to sit down and enjoy Monsters University, which was super fun.
